AZURE Zanzibar development commenced in June 2024 and its projected to be completed in June 2025.
It consists of 54 individual luxury units, including water villas with
1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. All units are located on the beachfront of Sunset Bay in Michamvi, Zanzibar.
Each villa will have its own private pool, garden, outdoor kitchen and will be equipped with a smart villa system, solar panels and comes fully furnished.
Alongside the pristine villas, our resort will offer a range of amenities including a front ocean view restaurant, communal areas, a large pool, jetty sunset lounge bar, massage area, spa, kids playground and boutique shops.
Upon completion in June 2025, we will entrust an esteemed international hospitality operations & management company (a 5 stars international hospitality brand) to ensure exceptional service and an unforgettable client experience for guests worldwide.

has 54 villas in total, with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms each. All villas are facing the ocean, with the largest 3-bedroom villas having direct access to the beach. We are also building Jetty sites which include 10 individual villas, a marina, and the Sunset Lounge.
