In a significant move to bolster its tourism sector and ensure sustainable growth, the enchanting archipelago of Zanzibar has recently unveiled a comprehensive sustainability plan.

This was made known by Hon. Mudrick Ramadhan Soraga, Minister of Tourism and Heritage at the launch of the Azure Project, an initiative in partnership with Nikitas Simion that would usher in the construction of $10 million luxurious villas in Michamvi, highlighting the government’s commitment to preserving the natural beauty and cultural heritage of this tropical paradise while simultaneously attracting more visitors from around the world at the same time adopting responsible tourism practices.

ZANZIBAR: The Village Group Companies (TVGs) is investing some 10m US dollars (26bn/-) to build a state-of the-art luxurious villa at Sunset Bay in Unguja.

The construction, dubbed AZURE Project, features the development of 54 luxury villas in Michamvi southern Zanzibar.

Studioul de arhitectură PickTwo a demarat al doilea său proiect în Zanzibar, proiectarea și amenajarea unui complex de 37 de locuințe de lux destinate achiziției și închirierii. Investiția totală se ridică la 11,4 milioane de euro.

Investiția în acest proiect se ridică la o valoare totală de 11,5 milioane de euro, iar echipa PickTwo estimează că întregul complex va fi finalizat în 2024 și dat în folosință la începutul lui 2025.

Amplasat pe un teren de aproape 10.000 metri pătrați, pe malul Oceanului Indian, complexul rezidențial Azure este compus din 37 de vile de tip studio, toate cu vedere la ocean.
